(ur. 1983 w Łodzi) Artysta - Malarz, Rysownik. / Autor obrazów, murali i monumentalnych realizacji malarskich w konwencji extended painting. / Posługując się swobodnie tradycyjnym warsztatem, nie unika eksperymentów z tworzywem i przenikaniem się różnorodnych mediów. Niekiedy wmontowuje w swoje obrazy gotowe przedmioty, urozmaica kompozycję świecącymi diodami LED, konstruuje reliefy sitodrukowe. Tworzy też instalacje, grafiki i utwory wideo. / Prowadzi Pracownię Rysunku - ''Od Studium do Eksperymentu'' na Wydziale Malarstwa i Rysunku, ASP w Łodzi. / Prezentował dzieła na 15 wystawach indywidualnych, brał udział w ponad 60 wystawach i projektach artystycznych w Polsce i za granicą. Jest laureatem nagród i wyróżnień, m.in: wyróżnienie na 6. Biennale Grafiki Studenckiej w Poznaniu (2009); Grand Prix 24 i 25 Edycji Konkursu im.W.Strzemińskiego w Łodzi (2007 i 2008). W 2007 otrzymał Stypendium Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego. / W swojej twórczości śledzi fenomen powstawania mitów, legend i symboli. Próbuje uchwycić momenty. w których doświadczenie zewnętrznej rzeczywistości przechodzi przez filtr ludzkiej wyobraźni rodząc nowe znaczenia i mnożąc konteksty. Zachwyca się sztuką dawną, fascynuje mitologiami, podaniami ludowymi oraz legendami rozmaitych kultur. Nie boi się aktualnych, kontrowersyjnych tematów; Często komentuje medialne wydarzenia, zwłaszcza otoczone aurą tajemnicy.
(born 1983 in Łódź) Artist - Painter, Sketcher. / Author of paintings, murals and monumental pictorial realisations in the convention of extended painting. / While freely using the traditional workshop, he doesn’t avoid experimenting with materials and weaving between different media. Sometimes he assembles objects into his paintings, diversifies his compositions with LED diodes or constructs serigraphical reliefs. He creates prints, installations and video works. / Ph.D. of fine arts. He runs the Experimental Drawing Studio at the Department of Painting and Drawing at Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź./ Have been presenting his works on 15 different individual expositions, he took part in more than 60 exhibitions and art projects in Poland and abroad. Laureate of prices and recognitions, such as: 6. Student Graphics Biennale in Poznań (2009) award; Grand Prix 24 and 25 edition of W. Strzemiński competition in Łódź (2007 and 2008). In 2007 he was given the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship. / In his works, he tracks the phenomenon of myths, legends and symbols. Trying to capture moments in which the experience of the outside reality goes through human imagination, giving birth to new meanings and multiplying contexts. Enchanted by traditional art, fascinated with mythology, folk tales and legends coming from different cultures. Not afraid of current, controversial issues; often commenting on media events, especially those covered by mysterious vibe.
